If you are writing an article related to Search Engine
Positioning, try to include the phrase "Search Engine
Positioning" in the headline of the article. Your headline
might now go something like this...

Remember, try to phrase the headline in such a way that your targeted phrase comes at the beginning.


Include 1-2 instances of this phrase in the opening 2
paragraphs of the article. If you can't insert the whole
phrase, just insert one or two words from the phrase. This will greatly increase the keyword prominence in the article.

Prominence is how close to the start of the area that the keyword/phrase appears. In general, a keyword/phrase that appears closer to the top of a page or area will be more relevant.

Insert an instance of the phrase in the middle of the
article.


Also insert this phrase in the closing paragraph to maintain the overall theme of the page.
